Dear OLOL Family,

This week, I want to take a moment to shine a spotlight on our incredible staff who work tirelessly to nurture and educate our children. They are truly the heart of our school, and this week was all about celebrating them and strengthening the bonds that make our team exceptional.

We kicked off the week with a fun and interactive team-building activity: a scavenger hunt at London Square! This activity encouraged collaboration, problem-solving, and communication among our staff members. These are the very skills they bring into the classroom daily, and it was rewarding to see them enjoy this experience together. Team-building activities like this play an essential role in fostering a supportive and cohesive work environment. When our staff feels connected and empowered, it reflects in the energy and enthusiasm they bring to your children each day.

The excitement continued throughout the week as we embraced the new trend of an "Underground Spirit Week" for our staff. Each day brought a surprise theme that allowed them to showcase their creativity, share laughs, and kept the student body curious and guessing what would happen next. From bringing their favorite stuffie to sipping drinks out of anything but a cup, the joy and unity were palpable—and it further reinforced the supportive community that defines our school.

When our team is strong, our entire school community benefits. I am incredibly proud of the passion and dedication our staff pours into their work, and it was wonderful to dedicate this week to celebrating and appreciating them.
